Hickory Hard Goods

Today, while reading through my Daily Reads list, I came across a fabulous guest blogger over at You Are My Fave named Liz.  Liz's blog, Say Yes to Hoboken, is such an adorable blog and I have a feeling that it will make it's way onto my Daily Reads list soon.  Needless to say, I've just spent the last half hour browsing through Liz's blog and I found this great company, Hickoree's Hard Goods.  Durable and classic items.

Perfect canvas tote for teaching, gardening, going to the beach, whatever!  $35.00

Classic Cardigan

A classic cardigan is something that can be worn any time of the year and will go with just about anything in your closet.  I'm currently lacking in this department of my wardrobe and I'd better start looking before everyone starts cranking up their air conditioners here!  Layers are very important when the temps start to rise and businesses go overkill on the coldness.  Bonus: all of these cardigans are on sale!  Click on the photos to shop.

Knitted Etsy Finds

A cold front came in yesterday. Get this, it was 83 degrees in the morning and by 8pm it was 59 degrees! I'm so happy this morning because it's still a little chilly and I can finally wear a sweater. I love the feeling of being bundled up and cozy! However, I do need to do a little sweater shopping this season. Here's some cute knitted items that I found through Etsy.

Frilly Fall Fashions

I have a sickness for DownEast Basics clothing and their new fall fashions aren't helping. Even though they ran out of my would-be favorite bathing suit top, I still love their clothing line. The rich colors and light, layered fabrics are so perfect for fall. I'm ready for the seasons to change! Oh and I'm also ready for my hair style to change, what do you think of the hair style on the last model with the blue top?

Curtsy Coat
This coat might be a little too warm for the bulk of Texas winters, but it's just so dang cute!

I've always had a thing for 3/4 length coats, now I can actually use it as a winter jacket, yay! Comes in Olive too!

Grey Flower and Pearls

Intuition Top
This top would be an excellent layered piece for fall, love that neckline!

I'm also in love with her haircut, what do you think? Pin It Now!

Have you ever bought a beloved accessory and then realized that you need to buy an outfit around it? I know, I know... it should be the other way around, but what can I say. I'm always finding myself in this predicament after a shoe or purse shopping expedition. My newest purchase happens to be a gorgeous yellow purse and my predicament is finding a new spring jacket... without breaking the bank. So, I've searched all over and have found an assortment of little beauties in all the price ranges. Can you pick out which ones are the deals?
